Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible for the app?

The controller and developer of KindMoment is Ivan Tokic. Privacy and support questions can be sent to tokicx@gmail.com.

2. Information processed on your device

Depending on the features you choose to use, KindMoment may process:

• Profile details you enter, such as your name and optional email.
• The permitted device contact list when you explicitly start an import. KindMoment stores a local copy of up to 2,000 contacts that have a phone number, email address or birthday.
• Permitted calendar events for the next year when you explicitly start a calendar import. KindMoment keeps only events matching supported birthday or name-day terms.
• Foreground coordinates when you explicitly request automatic location detection. The device's Apple or Android geocoding provider may process the coordinates once to return an approximate country, region and city. KindMoment retains only that returned place information.
• Greeting content, reply text, reminder settings and local history.
• Text or links you explicitly share through the KindMoment Share Extension or paste from the clipboard.
• Subscription entitlement and transaction status provided by Apple Inc. through the App Store and StoreKit on iOS, or by Google LLC through Google Play and Google Play Billing on Android. The applicable store processes payment details; KindMoment does not receive your full payment-card information.

3. How the information is used

Information is used to provide the features you request, including:

• Creating and editing greeting and reply suggestions.
• Scheduling local reminders and recurring events.
• Personalizing language, region and holiday suggestions.
• Displaying local event, draft and handoff history.
• Restoring and verifying KindMoment Premium access.

4. Local processing and external services

Core app data is stored locally on your device. KindMoment does not sell personal data and the current version does not use an advertising, analytics or external cloud-AI service.

Data leaves KindMoment when you explicitly export it or choose to share a message through another app. The selected receiving platform applies its own privacy policy. KindMoment does not guarantee delivery by that platform.

If you request automatic location detection, foreground coordinates may be processed once by the system geocoding provider supplied by Apple on iOS or by Android, Google or the device manufacturer on Android. That provider may use a network service. KindMoment stores only the returned country, region and city and does not use location for tracking, advertising or analytics.

Apple processes iOS purchases and subscription management through the App Store and StoreKit. Google processes Android purchases and subscription management through Google Play and Google Play Billing. KindMoment uses the returned product, purchase and entitlement status only to show, unlock, restore and manage Premium access.

5. Messages and the Share Extension

KindMoment does not read private messages in the background. The Share Extension receives only the text or link you explicitly select and share. It does not receive the rest of the conversation.

6. Permissions

Contacts, calendar, location and notification permissions are optional and requested only when needed for a feature you choose. Location is requested in the foreground only after you choose automatic detection and is not continuously tracked. You can revoke permissions at any time in iOS or Android settings.

7. Retention and deletion

Local data remains on your device until you delete it in the KindMoment Privacy Center, remove the application, or the operating system clears application storage. KindMoment does not currently operate a user-account database that requires a separate account-deletion request.

8. Children

KindMoment is a general-audience productivity application and is not directed to children. The developer does not knowingly collect personal data from children through a backend service.

9. Changes to this policy

This policy will be updated before introducing cloud accounts, external AI services, analytics, advertising or synchronization. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
